Abundance Affirmations: 36 Lines for Every Part of Your Life

Thirty-six abundance affirmations, three for each of twelve parts of life: wealth, love, home, peace and more. Plus how to choose one that rings true.

Abundance affirmations are short sentences, said in the present tense, about something good that is already on its way to you. Below are thirty-six of them, three for each of the twelve parts of life Auriana reads: wealth, love, body, family, home, creation, purpose, freedom, friendship, joy, peace and spirit.

You don't need all thirty-six. You need one that rings true. Here's how to find it, and how to use it.

How to choose an affirmation that rings true

Read down the list until one line makes you pause. Not the one you think you should pick. The one that lands somewhere in your chest.

Then test it. Say it out loud once. If it feels like a lie, it's too big for today, so make it smaller. "I am wealthy" might bounce straight off. "There is more than enough, and some of it is mine" is easier to stand behind. An affirmation works when you can say it without flinching.

How to use it

  • Keep one line for a week. One line you mean is worth more than ten you skim.
  • Tie it to something you already do. The kettle, the mirror, the walk to the car. Same moment, every day.
  • Say it out loud. It's a different thing in your own voice.
  • Watch for the small arrival. An affirmation points your attention. When something turns up that matches it, however small, write it down.

That last step matters most. Marking what's good brings your awareness to it, and what you're aware of, you tend to find more of.

Wealth

  • There is more than enough, and some of it is mine.
  • I'm allowed to be paid well for what comes easily to me.
  • What I give comes back, often from somewhere new.

Love

  • I let myself be met halfway.
  • I am easy to love, and I let it show.
  • Love doesn't have to be earned today.

Body

  • My body is on my side.
  • Rest counts.
  • I look after myself like someone I'm glad to know.

Family

  • I can love them and still be myself.
  • The good in my family finds its way to me.
  • We're allowed to start again.

Home

  • I make room, and good things move in.
  • My home is glad to have me back.
  • There's a place for me here.

Creation

  • What I make finds the people it's for.
  • I begin before I'm ready.
  • Ideas like visiting me.

Purpose

  • What I'm here for is already looking for me.
  • I don't have to see the whole path to take the next step.
  • My work matters to someone today.

Freedom

  • I'm allowed to choose again.
  • There's more room in my life than I'm using.
  • My time belongs to me first.

Friendship

  • I say yes to the invitation.
  • There's room at my table.
  • I'm someone good friends are glad to hear from.

Joy

  • Good things are allowed to be easy.
  • I notice the small good thing, and it grows.
  • Delight is not a waste of my time.

Peace

  • There is time for everything I need.
  • I can put this down for tonight.
  • Quiet is something I'm allowed to have.

Spirit

  • I'm part of something generous.
  • I don't have to understand it to receive it.
  • Something larger than me is on my side.

Which part of life should you start with?

Start where abundance is already moving. That sounds backwards, because most of us reach for the part that feels empty. But a line is easier to believe in a place where you've already seen some good, and belief is what makes it useful.

Your free Abundance Chart shows the parts of your life where abundance is most alive for you, and where it pools instead of flowing. It's a good way to pick your first line.

Affirmations and the moon

An affirmation pairs well with the moon's month. At the new moon, choose your line and name what you're calling in. Here's how to set a new moon intention in five minutes. At the full moon two weeks later, look back at what arrived and say thank you. You'll find every date in the moon calendar.

Questions people ask

Do abundance affirmations work?

An affirmation won't make something happen on its own, and no one can tell you what will arrive. What it does is point your attention. When you repeat a line you believe, you start to notice the things that match it, and you act a little differently because of what you notice.

How many affirmations should I use at once?

One. Keep it for a week, or for a whole moon cycle. Change it when it stops meaning anything, or when it has come true enough that you want a new one.

When is the best time to say them?

Whenever you'll remember. Morning suits most people, because the day hasn't decided what it is yet.

Can I change the words?

Yes. These are starting points. If a different word makes the line more yours, use it.
