Draft for legal review against the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Your email and first name; the answers you give for your Abundance Chart (the realms you choose, how you receive, your birth date, and, if you give them, your birth time and place); your conversations with Auriana; your notification and letter preferences; your membership and billing status (payment details are held by Stripe, not by us); and, if you turn them on, a push notification subscription for your device.
To compute the sky you were born under and write your chart, to give Auriana memory across conversations, to send the mornings, evenings and letters you have chosen, and to run your membership. We do not sell your data. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.
Your chart answers and messages are sent to Anthropic's API to write Auriana's words, under terms that do not permit training on your data. Data is stored with Supabase in the Sydney region and the app is served by Vercel. Email is sent through Resend. Payments are processed by Stripe. When you search for your birth place, the text you type is sent to the Open-Meteo geocoding service to find it. If you ask for moonrise and moonset times, your device shares an approximate location (to about a kilometre); it is kept on your device, sent only to calculate the times, and never saved to your account.
You can change your details, your notifications and your letters in Settings at any time, and delete your account and everything in it from Settings. To export your chart and conversations, or for any question, write to auriana@auriana.app.
